Bonana starts new product for IKEA

The production of a new dining chair for IKEA was developed and deliveries for it are starting as of January 2012.

Vilmar is a dining chair, consisting of a layer glued mono-block for the seat and backrest. A 5-coordinate CNC cutting machine is used for cutting out the contour of the layer glued shell. The two versions of the seat & backrest shell manufactured at Bonana are the clear Birch and Black-brown colours.

The resistance of the surface treatment and mechanical requirements have passed furniture tests done at Catas Testing Laboratory (Italy), where Bonana is a member.
